Privileges, like being the line leader, are awarded to you on your special day. There is also singing and blowing out of candles (or rather a candle - and it took him a couple of times but eventually he did get it blown out).
And there is even cake (provided by me of course)...
which Jack ultimately chose not to eat because he would get messy (what can I say? - he is his mother's son);
however, Beau could have cared less if it made him messy (he, without a doubt, is his father's son).
And by the way, have I mentioned I believe in prearranged marriages? When Beau turns 30, this is who he is allowed to marry.Dayona is a sassy little thing who will surely keep Beau in line (plus, I really like her parents).

I believe in arranged marriages too! I have one lined up for one of my sons with the daughter of someone I met blogging. Can't beat it.
She is pretty adorable!
Wouldn't it be nice if our kids would do what we wanted them to when they are 30! I'm not counting on it, Day does what she wants now! She sure does like Beau. It is nice that there are such nice kids around for her to grow up with. A big Happy Birthday to Jack! He is such a big boy! Such a proper boy to not get dirty. Can he give my little girl lessons on that?
Happy birthday to Jack. Your
boys are so adorable. That would
be a pair?
