Unwilling subjects

The wedding I am supposed to photograph is this weekend – YIKES!!

So to prepare myself and to learn my new lenses and flash, I have been practicing on some pretty unwilling subjects.innitial ps

Seriously, my kids are more than annoyed with me and my camera. binnitialps

I sincerely hope the wedding party will be a little more cooperative : )

You're welcome to take pictures of my children for practice! I'd love it.

Of course, they will probably refuse to smile, run away, cry, pout and pick their nose. That's their usual picture behavior. Maybe that wouldn't actually be such good practice for you, now that I'm thinking about it.

Can't wait to see you guys at the wedding, by the way!

You will do an amazing job! Hopefully the bride will let you share some of the wedding pics with us!

As long as you stick to photos on the wedding day only and don't continue to photograph the new couple day after day, I think you're in the clear.

You will do a great job! I know you have to be super nervous, but it will all pull together. Do you have a sister you can sucker into being a back-up shooter? :)

I'm sure the wedding pics will be awesome! I can't wait to see them! I know what you mean about kids being unwilling subjects. My girls are sick to death of me taking their photos. I told them one day they would thank me:)

Oh man can I relate. I finally got some decent one's of mine this weekend. Lately they run when the camera comes out. My hubby too....

I'm so excited for you and the wedding. I will be praying for you, even though I know you will do a wonderful job. Can't wait to see the outcome...
