Living in small town America, the Brookshire family lives a simple and quiet life; yet, Josh and Melinda still manage to make sure their children take advantage of every opportuinty available to them, all-the-while keeping Christ the center of their lives and household. This blog is dedicated to their growth as individuals and as a family.

"Bloggin' It From the 'Burbs", (a.k.a. - small town America). A stay at home mommy of two boys and the wife of my polar opposite, I am lovin’ life, and hopefully not just “with word or tongue; but in deed and truth.” (1 Jn 3:18)

PRAISE: The mediastinal mass is completely gone! The CT scan shows no residual mass! Allan (an old family friend), his wife, their baby and the rest of their family - Allan has a recurrence of a cancer he previously had surgery on

I am glad my kids are the only ones that like to see how much toliet paper they can cram in the toliet. Just two days ago, we cleaned up a big mess where Macy must of used the entire roll. UGH!
