Living in small town America, the Brookshire family lives a simple and quiet life; yet, Josh and Melinda still manage to make sure their children take advantage of every opportuinty available to them, all-the-while keeping Christ the center of their lives and household. This blog is dedicated to their growth as individuals and as a family.

Two nights ago I was taking some pictures so I asked Gary to put Kaish in bed at 8:00. I came home at 9:15 and Gary says he let Kaish go out with the neighbors for ice cream. I was like, On a school night? and he was like "why not?" and then I just rolled my eyes and said "Men! or should I say BOYS" Where do they come from? And why do we love them so much? : )

Ouch - poor baby. I hope he's ok...are you saving the story for tomorrow?
I'm going to assume he is ok. That looks painful!
